AGM/DGM - Accounts & Finance - Manufacturing (12-16 yrs)

Educational Qualification : CA (first/Second attempt). CS/ICWA/MBA will be an added advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling entire gamut of finance and accounts function
- Coordination with internal auditors to get the internal audit done. Resolving to queries of internal audit. Implementing their suggestions
- Preparation of financial statement in Accordance with Companies Act and accounting standard
- Coordination with external (statutory) auditors to get the statutory audit done. Resolving to queries of statutory audit
- MIS with regard to profitability, debtors ageing, inventory etc. to management
- Preparation of monthly profit/loss statement and balance sheet
- Strengthening internal control procedures
- Preparation of budgets and comparison against budgets
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports to analyse the financial performance of the Company
- Coordination with various project sites and factories within the organisation
- Managing efficiently and analysing the financial risks, suggesting methods for cost reduction and other ways of minimising cost
- Identifying gaps in operational processes and suggesting correction action
- Data analytics and controlling data integrity
- Preparation of reports for board of directors and private equity partners
- Helping in automation of processes
- Preparation and submission of data for banks and rating agencies
- Ensuring all regulatory and compliances timely and correctly
- 100% statutory compliance and timely and accurate book keeping
- Good knowledge of working SAP environment
- Must have managed a team of 8-10 people
- Should be currently working as AGM/DGM/GM.
- Articleship from big 4 audit firms/experience of working for big 4 will be added advantage
- The candidate should be dynamic, result oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Preferably candidate from Real estate, Infrastructure and manufacturing (minimum 6-8 years)
