Growth has warranted the need for a senior sales leader in the South India market.  Position Description :   - Revenue responsibility for the South India region for the brand partnerships business. Set division strategy and goals.   - Achieving annual financial targets and establishing the company as a major creative force within the world of branded music and integrated entertainment in South India.   - Oversee all new business project financials, timelines and deliverables. Manage daily/weekly outreach strategy, pitching brand partnerships business to brands, agencies and other potential external business partners.   - Provide weekly communication to GM on new business outreach success, challenges and opportunities.   - Drive new business revenue over and above forecast. Integrate and promote brand partnerships across B2B networks.   - Ensure best in class external documentation, pitch presentations, commercial and legal agreements. Establish barter deal with brands in return for media exposure.   - Demonstrate excellence in implementation.  Hiring Profile :   - Post graduate in sales and business development, with 10-12 years of experience working within the branded, commercial entertainment sector.   - Very strong branded entertainment/ commercial thinking and ideas.   - May come from backgrounds in TV, music, entertainment, radio, digital, activation, media agencies, top notch event management companies, and publishing houses.   - A deal maker with strong negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the digital medium and opportunities. Team player.   - Self-motivated, professional and focused in all aspects of work .Excellent time management and organizational skills High level of collaboration, energy and a can do attitude.
