We are having assignment for Senior HR professional in a leading company based out of Delhi

Position: AGM/ AVP

Location: Gurgaon/ Delhi

Industry: Any

Qualification: MBA from premiere institute

Experience: 18-20 years in Corporate HR function

Compensation: upto 60 Lacs

Expertise in following areas

- Ensure organization design and role changes aligned with HR policies, SOPs and requirements.

- Execute change management and communication plans in connection with the business transformation program.

- Performance management, Employee engagement, OD interventions, OD designing, Project management

- Ensure a systemic and integrated approach to Human Resource solutions working closely with the Senior management.
