AGM - Australian Mortgage

Job Description:

- Responsible for handling large team sizes for Australian Mortgage process.

- Will be responsible for Delivery, transition support, Team management and client management.

- Work in liaison with different functions (clients, external departments, etc.) as and when required.

- Implement/improvise various metrics to achieve better yield.

- Responsible for revenue generation and cost control.

- Conduct half yearly and yearly Appraisals for all supervisory level roles within the team.

- Identify/groom future leaders and implement effective strategic planning.

- Control Attrition within defined parameters.

- Should be able to deliver within timelines on all Unit level assignments.

- Responsible for all Project migrations within the process.
