African Industries - Business Analyst

We have few openings for the role of Business Analysts in lagos, Nigeria for a West African Multi-National Conglomerate.

The role is to assist the shareholders in managing business and some of the key responsibilities include :

- Track performance of manufacturing plants/projects/trading units and identify and flag any issues/challenges

- Provide data and analytical and support to the MD through efficient use of MIS reports and tools -

- Provide MD with insightful analysis on market, operations, customers, competitors for various business units

- Assist in preparing investment proposals, quarterly financial performances of group companies

- Review various proposals coming for MD's approval - this include technical related approvals such as Civil, Spare parts, Plant & Machinery, Sheds / Land & Building. and Non-Technical approvals such as, Admin & HR related etc

- The role requires interactions with Group CFO and his team/ CEOs and Unit Heads/Finance Heads/ Production Heads/ Sales Heads of Group companies as well as involve travelling to various manufacturing plants.

- We are looking at MBA grads from Top Tier institutions with total work experience of 5 years including at least 3 years post MBA. He/she should be proficient in Excel and also have financial modeling skills as the role requires evaluation of new business proposals, etc.
