Aeror - Tech Co-founder

We are a Mumbai based early staged startup focused on solving a major transportation problem faced by millions every day.

We are looking for a tech co-founder to round up our team. The top skills we are looking for are:

1 Leadership: You will be the first tech person on the team. We want strong leadership skills- someone who can not only code but someone who will hire, coach and drive a strong tech team.

2 Technology: You will bring strong technical skills to the table.

3 Innovation and Analytical thinking: The scale of the problem we are aiming to solve is large and the nature of the problem is complex. We are looking forward for you to actively participate in brainstorming and solution development.

4 Team work: We are going to work endless hours together. Rather do it with a good teammate than a jerk.
