Advertiser Solutions Specialist  Job Details :  - The Advertiser Solutions Specialist will be responsible for growing and managing clients' Buyers, including Ad Networks, DSPs, Trading Desks, Advertising Agencies & Advertisers in India. In addition, they will embrace new solutions, operations and processes as they evolve.   - This dynamic role is positioned to maximize the impact of advertising campaigns in India with a persistent focus on client objectives.   - The Advertising Solutions Manager will be charged with ensuring that we meet and exceed PubMatic revenue and optimization goals while delivering outstanding service to our buyers. Also responsible for driving the successful pairing of media buyer's campaign objectives against Client's publisher advertising inventory and audience segments.   - The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing and sales focused environment.   - Possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity Proven experience working in programmatic advertising or real-time bidding, have a deep knowledge of the online advertising industry and the broader media and technology landscapes.   - They will also refer to market research, sales strategies and use mathematical/algorithmic formulas to determine the optimal execution plans to drive impact and return value on objectives for all partners. Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills are essential, as this person will need to present persuasive arguments to support recommendations both internally and externally.   Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :  - Understand Clients's technology and media solutions from an intellectual and applied perspective; transfer that knowledge to buyers  - Sourcing and on-boarding Demand partners in India (Ad Networks, DSPs, Trading Desks and Agencies)  - Identify and engage performance tactics for buyers  - Prepare, lead and present regular strategy meetings around revenue performance reports to buyers  - Active collaboration with Marketing & Sales Development teams to create inventory packages  - Attend Publisher client meetings to inform and educate on monetization strategies and attend buyer meetings to up-sell publisher inventory to buyers including volume availability, suggested CPMs, Fcaps and new publisher opportunities  - Build and monitor reporting to support revenue performance management  - Work directly with buyers on a day-to-day basis on relationship management providing excellent customer service resulting in high publisher approval rates, timely receipt and activation & optimization of campaigns.  - Build and maintain close working relationships with multiple departments including: Publisher Sales, Ad Operations, Accounting, Engineering and Product Management  - Active monitoring and collaboration with sales engineers and technical engineers to ensure smooth and timely product integrations  Desired Experience / Education :  BA/BS required, MBA or equivalent preferred  - Recent work experience in online advertising and specifically display advertising or working for an Ad Network, DSP or Trading Desk  - Preferred experience in account management or yield management  - Flexibility and an ability and willingness to think strategically and act tactically  - Very strong analytical thinking abilities  - Very strong project management and organization skills  - Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to a C-level audience  - Desire and willingness to learn and work hard  - Ability to work effectively under pressure and under tight timelines  - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
