Job Description :  - Projects will involve data analysis, segmentation, profiling and deploying advanced analytics techniques like predictive modeling.  - Work on Projects related to Marketing, Operations, and/or Claims Analytics  - Work independently on intermediate to complex level data gathering, validation, manipulation, data mining and predictive analytics.   - Lead small to medium size data mining or predictive analytics project team.   - Work within multidisciplinary, cross-department teams on large-scale projects.   - Should be flexible to work on a wide variety of Analytics projects.  Essential Skills :  - Total experience of 3 to 4 years with recent 2 years of work experience into analytics   - Strong experience of SAS and R  - Experience in predictive modeling techniques - Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, Time Series, Segmentation, etc.  - Experience of working on Marketing Analytics area related to Insurance, or Banking/Financial Services  - Exposure to Claims Analytics in Insurance, or Risk Analytics in Banking/Financial services.  - Should have worked on large datasets.   - Should have experience of extracting and manipulating data from multiple sources.
