Job Description - Accounts and Finance :
Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of post-qualification work experience in the field of accounts and finance. Need to have experience in handling a team of 3-4 people.
Revenue / Collections :
Revenue Recognition : Accounting of all revenue on monthly basis with respect to all services executed and verifying the confirmation with respect to the same from the business heads.
Billing : On a monthly/periodic basis billing to the clients/customers.
Accounts Receivable / Collections : Keeping track of all receivables, maintaining regular follow-ups with the business heads with respect to the outstanding due.
Accounts Operations :
Finalization of accounts : Monthly accounts closing with respect to all entries / JV's and complying with the account standards.
Statutory Audit : Finalizing the statutory audit closing and attending all auditors queries.
Monthly closing/provisions / pre-paid : Ensure accurate monthly closing with respect to all entries and required.
Accounts Payable : Ensuring accurate and prompt payment of all payables.
Expenses reimbursement : Ensure compliance with company policy and making all such payments in a timely manner.
Payroll : Review of monthly payroll and identify deviations
Fixed Assets : Ensure compliance to FA policy of the company. Ensure to conduct annual physical verification of assets and reconciliation with accounts.
Statutory Compliance :
- Complying with all provisions of TDS, Service tax, and other applicable taxes.
Banking :
Bank Reconciliation Statement : Reviewing the BRS on monthly basis.
Petty Cash : Monitor petty cash spends and periodic cash verifications.
Monthly funds movement - Preparation of month end cash requirement for appropriate withdrawals.
Taxation :
Direct Tax : Preparation of all documentation as demanded by the IT authorities and attending hearing meetings on timelines.
Indirect Tax : Leading all service tax matters as and when it arises.
CTC : 7 LPA
