- Green Belt Sig sigma (Master Black Belt Preferred)
- Propose internal rules, policies and procedures
- Prior experience in AR/AP/OTC (any financial process)
- Strong experience in Continuous Improvement and innovation
- Problem solving on day-to-day issues
- Participate is special projects and perform other duties as assigned
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all corporate governance documents (i.e. bylaws, resolutions, policies, etc.)
Prerequisite :
- Six sigma black belt certified
- CA or MBA Finance is must
- Excellent communication skills and team management skills
- Excellent skills in Continuous Improvement
