ADP - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - US - KPO

Location: Pune

- Bachelor's or Masters (MBA) degree (Premium Insttitutes), CA, ICWA

- 7-8 years of experience in KPO with at least 4-5 years in US (FP&A) Analytic

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and team working skills

- Detail oriented, has ability to anticipate and work on resolving issues that could put project progress at risk

- Should be a strong supervisor and have handled a team of 8-10 resources.

- Should be willing to work in UK shift and participate in late evening calls with stakeholders
