Manager FP&A HYD

Reports to : AVP Decision Support

Location : HYD

Overview : Lead one of the reporting teams in India for Corporate and Business Unit finance groups. Role entails overall responsibility for all aspects of MI / reporting production and process optimization for the assigned business portfolio.

Basic Function:

- Works with BU teams ADP to deliver MI / reporting solutions

- Directs activities of the team to meet quality, productivity and service levels standards set by the respective ADP Business Unit Management

- Has operational responsibility for a team of 10 to 12 associates

- Establishes a framework for governance and continuous improvement on all policies, processes and procedures

- Work with Business Units to develop and test / implement DR/BCP strategies

- Provide constant updates to management on team performance and work progress

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

- MBA with specialization in Finance / Systems (MIS) / Operations

- 8 to 10 years of experience in MI / reporting production and management

- Experience in delivering MIS and related automation to business teams using advanced Excel, DB and reporting platforms like Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, Brio, Crystal, Cognos. Add data visualization and insightful commentary to MI packs.

- A natural inclination to look for solutions, to methodically evaluate a situation and provide positive recommendations and drive issues to successful resolution

- Strong attention to detail and strong work ethic, a self-starter who is comfortable being a doer as well as a leader

- Collaborative work style with the ability to build strong relationships within a matrix environment

- Self-confident and outgoing with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and time pressure

- Comfortable working with extremely sensitive data and ability to maintain a high degree of discretion

- Ability to work across time zones and willingness to travel, as required

- English fluency - verbal and written - with excellent communication and presentation skills
