Responsibilities:

Triage and provide support on inquires / requests related to People Resource programs and policies including, but not limited to:

- New Hires

- Compensation

- Employee Relations and Performance Coaching,

- Individual and Mass Data Changes,

- Benefits,

- Employee Records & Data,

- Global Mobility.

- Provide coaching to employees and managers and evaluate need to escalate as per complexity / case needs

- New Hire programs – Manage overall delivery of Induction, New Manager Success (NMS) and New College Graduation programs

- Conduct Small Group Meetings, Exit interviews and other employee pulse interventions

- Provide ongoing insights and trends based on inquiries managed.

- Operate as Site HR when local responsibilities are needed

Requirements:

- MBA from premier B-School with 2-4 years of experience of working in the People Resources (HR) domain

- Should have experience in IT/ITEs/BPO Sector

- Excellent communication skills

- Should be good at employee relations

- Excellent Interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible

- Good reasoning ability and sound judgment

- High energy level, comfortable in multitasking

- Should be familiar with documentation of employee issues
