What you- ll do
- Assist with project management for various functions/programs in Employee Experience
- Design and create talent dashboards ( recruitment, attrition, pulse etc)and quarterly business review dashboards. Coordinate with different functions within Employee Experience for relevant data and prepare
- Conduct data analysis to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives and report on organizational trends.
- Do bench-marking studies for best practice analysis
- Partner with different functions on employee engagement related programs
What you need to succeed
- MBA from premier institutes.
- Desire to learn about and develop key skills in the field of HR analytics
- Flexible work style and approach based on client needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and creatively solve problems.
- Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail.
