Principal Accountabilities  Champion Analytics across the Group   - Connect marketing, operations and technology onto one platform to evaluate marketing, product and operational data pieces delivering insights to optimise business revenues & profitability  - Influence adoption of analytics into businesses by developing a framework targeting senior leadership (including multi-functional teams) with business cases supported by insights driven by analytics  - Influence business teams across functions (eg Marketing, Service, IT, Business Development) to adopt the new iterative decision-making tools, and develop processes to make data mined insights as part of their business-as-usual  - Deep dive into customer, partner and business operations data with vendor teams to understand how to drive better profitability (also assess which KPIs need focus to drive this change)  - Develop capabilities to do the same at all levels through the organization   - Facilitate bringing together data from multiple sources to create data integration and dashboards  People Leadership   To ensure the immediate business teams stay focused and motivated  - Identify capabilities required in the business teams to undertake and use iterative Analytics  - Ensure that the immediate business teams understand how to use analytics, and is kept motivated to deliver insights which the business can act upon profitably (ideally this should have been proven from past roles)  - In addition to needing a strong technical grasp (both conceptually and applied) of statistics, operations research and scientific methods, this role will need to lead a team of managers and analysts from businesses - as a consultant, which means -  Must be able to lead and manage cross-functional teams  Communicate effectively across different levels within the organisation, as well as external partners  Ability to teach, coach, engage and draw out the best strengths in team members is critical.   - Should be able to simplify & communicate insights obtained via data mining into business terms & communicate the same in real world business contexts across all levels of employees  Project leadership  To execute projects to ensure they are implemented as per plan  Project 1 : B2C Analytics   Project 2 : B2B Analytics  - Facilitate development of framework for the business, and ensure they understand & act on this insight, which should help raise the bar continuously on customer experience. This is a critical aspect of this role as it requires changing the way the organisation currently functions  - For the PoC of the two projects -   Shortlist partners together with business for conducting analytics  Develop a business objective, goals, KPIs, along with business for analytics pilot  Project Manage the pilot project including corrective actions if any required  Assimilate the learnings for capability development  Help the business continue on the analytics roadmap  Functional Strengths / Experience  Ideally should have -  - CRM / database marketing   - Campaign Marketing   - Project or program management
