Position : Manager - Regulatory Compliance  Role : Team member for the regulatory advisory function.  Key responsibilities :   - Identify applicable regulations and disseminate regulatory guidelines/instructions promptly and monitor its implementation  - Maintaining all documentation as required by the Payments Bank's record retention policy  - Formulate proposals for mitigation of compliance risk  - Ensure all regulatory reporting is carried out correctly and in time  - Carry out surprise checks at the Branches/ Circle Offices/CSP locations  - Carry out periodic review of risk categorization of accounts at least once in six months  - Conduct KYC refresh activities (through the Operations team) as per the risk categorization of customers  - Conduct thematic compliance testing, report compliance breaches/failures and provide inputs to Internal Audit team for further investigation  - Preparing periodic MIS/dashboards for the Compliance Department and for Senior Management/ Board  Other responsibilities :  - Work closely with Head - Regulatory Compliance to oversee compliance at functional levels  - Advise on risk management for risks associated with non compliance with regulatory requirements  - Undertake remedial action for diversion from the compliance policy  - Apart from yearly reporting to the Board, reporting about significant compliance failures  - Ensure co-operation with business units and assist in early forecast of possible compliance breaches.  - Provide training to the employees on compliance aspects impacting the products/processes handled by them  - Providing compliance testing results to the Regulatory Advisory Compliance Manager and AML Compliance Manager to review products, processes or frameworks  Outsourcing/ Co-sourcing (Y/N) : Y  Rationale/ Remarks : While this position cannot be outsourced, co-sourcing may be considered for specific opinions on regulatory matters, maintaining central repository of guidelines, assessing compliance risks and suggesting controls
