The incumbent will work closely with the L&D Head to create an overall content strategy for the company. The position requires setting up and building the content function. The incumbent will also need to build and manage stakeholder relationships and execute the strategy through liaison with external vendors.  - Work closely with the L&D Head and leadership team to design and develop learning interventions across a range of platforms   - Build internal stakeholder relationships, help identify and address the business needs  - Coordinate instructional design projects from inception to completion  - Develop instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, and integration of instructional technologies and best practices  - Partner with internal and external content designers to build learning interventions to meet the needs of a diverse workforce across the organization  - Manage design, development, and program implementation by identifying priorities/milestones, coordinating work across teams, resolving project risk, and measuring success through evaluation strategies  - Establish effective project management processes to ensure the timely delivery of modules  - Identify and cultivate new opportunities for instructional innovation  - Administer and manage access, enrollment, reporting and training for the learning management system  - Hire, train, manage, and evaluate a creative, high performing, multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, eLearning developers, graphic designers and other related staff  - Be a driver of technology and mobile/game based learning  - Set and uphold quality assurance parameters for the learning interventions   - Support facilitation and execution of core learning architecture and special projects as needed. experience in designing and managing development programs for diverse talent  - Post-graduate degree/diploma in Human Resources, Training & Development and/or Instructional Design  - Track record for delivering results through successful program design and implementation   Previous experience with :  - Learning management software (Success Factors/Cornerstone or similar)  - Training authoring software (Articulate Storyline 2, Adobe Captivate or similar)  - Developing trainings with SCORM-enabled content for e-learning  - Training and coaching adult learners  - Experience with a variety of instructional technology media, materials development, implementation principles and best practices  - Experience in budgeting and effort estimation for the development of learning interventions  - Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently and extraordinary attention to detail  - Demonstrated skills in influencing and relationship-building with stakeholders  - Team player with effective communications skills, high tolerance for ambiguity, and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment  - Effective analytical skills with ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy.
