Location: Mumbai  Education: CA   Business Intelligence & Enterprise Performance Management  Job Purpose :  Be a part of the Centre of Excellence in areas of :  - Hyperion solutions  - BI solutions  - MIS & related Reporting  - Manage and sustain Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM - Hyperion P&B and MIS, Consolidation) instances in the Group  - Be a subject matter expert in BI and EPM Suite of Products  - Enhance use of BI and EPM solutions to maximize business value  - Standardization across the Group by implementation of Best Practices  - Develop Governance and Standards framework for BI & EPM  - Conduct benchmarking exercise for ABG BI &EPM solutions both internally and with external reference customers.  Implementation of BI and EPM solutions :  - Analyze and document business processes   - Initiate and implement BI & EPM solutions  - Set up platform for roll out across the group  - Co-ordinate with Businesses/units to ensure IT Infrastructure readiness.  - Set up and Ensure implementation of services as per Scope of Work.  - Rationalize customization requirements and stretch the product functionality  - Business benefits quantification from the implementations  Governance and Benchmarking :  - Develop Governance and Standards framework for BI & EPM  - Conduct benchmarking exercise for ABG BI &EPM solutions both internally and with external reference customers  - Sustain & Manage the BI & EPM instances in the Group  - Maintain SLA's  - Trouble shoot all calls received from the various businesses  - Improve processes in businesses  Competency Building :   - Conduct refresher courses for business  - Set up a platform for knowledge sharing of best practices  POC / Roll out / Standardization :   - Conduct POC's of agreed Processes.  - Pilot it in a business  - Roll out the same process as a standard, Group wide
