A) Taking policies for insurance coverage of transit, pre-erection and first post erection.
1. Timely insurance coverage of the risks at best rates.
2. Timely lodging and settling of claims
3. Compilation of post-erection insurance coverage data
B) Proper accounting of Funding, Inter unit and Miscll. Expenses at the Central Office
1. Reconciliation of Inter unit Balance across RMC division, with Cement and with CFDs .
2. Ensuring opening of bank accounts, effecting the changes in the authorize signatory
3. Coordinating with Zones and CFD for BRS issues.
4. Collecting the PDCs for recoverable advance and depositing those PDCs periodically.
5. Processing the employee reimbursements bills, advertising bills and miscll. office related bills.
6. Allocating cost of central office amongst all the plants as per the guidelines.
7. Prepare and release of cheques for projects
C) MIS and financial
1. Preparing various MIS pertaining to control sheets viz. raw material rates, tie-up rate, etc.,
2. Preparing financials for central office accounts
3. Compiling reports on Vendor guidelines and authority guidelines.
4. Compiling and monitoring stock reconciliation nationally
D) Analyzing the reports, inputs from marketing and commercial and report exceptions and deviations from statutes and policies for suitable actions as and when required.
Qualification : Chartered Accountant
