Following is a crisp description of the role:

The purpose of the job is to design, create and implement end-to-end processes for the products in the bank.

Job Responsibility:

-  Ability to conceptualize and implement solutions for business needs

- Designing & documenting the Standard Operating Procedures and processes basis the requirements raised by the stakeholders

 - Managing and liaison with IT/Vendors for creation and implementation of processes.

 - Ensure adherence to norms, policies, compliance and regulatory guidelines

 - Track and review the process effectiveness on an ongoing basis.

 - Review of Critical processes in compliance to the policies of the bank.

 - Work with functional and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovations

 - Ensuring Internal and External - Customer Delight in every process

 - Look for patterns in the customer complaints from various channels and provide appropriate solution

 - Providing initial hand holding and support to Customer touch points on roll out of new processes

 - Ensuring process adherence and mitigating operational risk

 - Ensuring standardised processes are being followed across channels

Location: Mumbai

Role Requirements:

- Ideal Experience - 2-4 years

- Experience of similar profile in a bank is a must

- Ability to manager stakeholders is strongly desired

- High on logical thinking and quick on problem solving

- High on diligence and methodological in approach

- Bias for action and proactive in pulling work
