- Drive development of Functional Competency dictionary and a behavioural competency framework for ABML & ABIF in line with the ABG competency dictionary to drive Talent Management. Ensure Role clarity across the organization to measure contribution of roles.
- Ensure development and implementation of in-house and outsourced training programs based on the internal assessment of training requirements to enhance the leadership / managerial skills of employees
- Direct initiatives in the area of employee engagement with an aim to enhance productivity and retention of talent and reduce attrition
- Facilitate development of skills of sub-ordinates to enable them to perform and achieve their KRA as well as take on higher responsibilities.
- Implement sustainable and people independent standard processes / systems for design, delivery & review of training programs
