Key Accountabilities Supporting Actions

Preparing and Managing Training programs budget and keeping training content up to date and ensuring training programs of company lie within budgets

- Ensuring maximum no. of batches for all bands, understanding business needs and strategy of the zone.

- Timely preparation of Training calendar, Consistent follow up for nominations, actual attendance.

- Cost of training strictly monitored & post training project to be monitored & completed wherever possible.

Planning assessment centers /development centers for career development like I-PEARL at various levels of the organization for ensuring growth of potential talent within the organization

- Smooth and error free planning of all assessment centers.

- Analyzing progress and feedback sharing

- Planning & execution for training of all internally promoted managers.

Planning and coordinating:

- Process & behavioral trainings to ensure that each and every staff recruited in the organization is trained well & inducted into the Organization

- Planning and execution of structured Induction for all floor staffs & new Managers.

- Constantly and consistently coordinate and act as a bridge between PFRL / Any other Training Institutions for all training related requirements as a SPOC

- Staying in touch with new joinees and their mentors and ensuring and monitoring their progress in OJTs

Preparing MIS pertaining to the Training & Development regularly to keep a track of T&D interventions held across levels

- Coordinating with all the SPOs / Zonal HR team and collect data

- Formulating in MIS in formats conducive for easy interpretation of data

- Training MIS for the zone to be published each month.

Campus Hiring, Participation in Talent acquisition process :

- c-Pearl to ensure a healthy talent pool is available for future

- Identifying good quality sourcing pools to ensure ready base for conducting c-PEARL drives

- Conducting recruitment drives for sourcing MT's through campuses under c-PEARL

- Ensuring proper induction, onboarding of candidates coming through c-PEARL

KRA, PIP & IDAP creation process (Store & ZO) for mapping, monitoring and improving the performance of employees in their respective functions

- Sensitizing the employees about the importance of KRAs and ensuring that KRAs are defined after discussion with the managers

- KRA for all the employees to be developed and uploaded on HRMS as per the business plans for current year

- Handling the entire process of PIP sensitively and ensuring that the performance of the employees is mapped and documented throughout the process

- Creating Development Plans for employees basis their performance & appraisal documents

Keeping abreast with Events / Seminars / Conferences conducted by the fraternity and nominate relevant population for the same

- Active on social platforms / networking with people from the HR fraternity

- Planning seminars and conferences as per the needs of the workforce basis inputs from MDP / manager / employees
