(ABFRL) are looking for Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing for the Pantaloons division of ABFRL.   Responsibilities:   - Manage all Social Media channels for the brand - Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Youtube  - Manage brand's online reputation via social listening and quickly resolving issues post discussion with internal teams  - Manage digital content and create interesting and engaging content to ensure online brand buzz  - Work seamlessly with the digital agency and internal teams, zone marketing team to deliver great online campaigns  - Keep a close watch on competition and stay ahead of the curve in terms of online innovations  - Work on video campaigns that deliver the brand promise  - Website management and understanding  - Work on interesting campaigns that flows seamlessly from online to in-store activations and vice versa  - Support zone marketing teams during all key activities like store launch, end of season sale, festivals  Essential Competencies:   - Must have strong Online Marketing experience  - Should have managed social paid media ads  - Working knowledge of all aspects of brand management   - Passion for the job, eye for detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, Creativity, result orientation, Persuasiveness, and tenacity to sell ideas   - High level of initiative and assertiveness, Excellent team skills, Ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks   Qualifications:   - MBA; Desirable - Specialisation in Communication   - 3 - 7 years post qualification experience   Desirable Competencies:  - Prior Brand Management experience   - Understanding of regional marketing, search engine marketing, online media buying and planning  - Worked in digital marketing agency with good exposure to social media   - Managed online marketing with paid ads for brands in the past  About ABFRL   Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd.
