(ABFRL) are looking for Assistant Brand Manager for the Pantaloons division of ABFRL.   Responsibilities:   - Strongly contribute to the repository of consumer understanding. Translate consumer learnings and insights into documents that the function and cross-functional teams can learn from  - Work closely with the function head to create insight based communication and plans for the brand  - Responsible for creative collateral delivery across ATL and BTL  - Work in close collaboration with the creative agency and internal teams to deliver collaterals  - Work with the creative agency and utilize working knowledge of the customer to create insight-driven communication   - Manage agency relationships  - Provide strong communication support for new store launches   - Provide support to plan and execute the season's shoots  Essential Competencies:  - Must have strong strategic planning/account planning experience in a creative agency   - Working knowledge of all aspects of brand management  - Proven skill in consumer insight mining  - Passion for the job, eye for detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, Creativity, result orientation, Persuasiveness, and tenacity to sell ideas  - High level of initiative and assertiveness, Excellent team skills, Ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks  Qualifications:  - MBA; Desirable - Specialization in Communication   - 3 - 7 years post qualification experience   - Prior Brand Management experience  About ABFRL   Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd.
