Adani - Sr Manager/DGM - IT Compliance & Audit Management

Job Purpose:

- Enforce compliance to group wide IT policies & adapted standards across the group

- Enforce financial, process, technology and license compliance across corporate & BU IT

- Oversee resolution of all IT related compliance issues across the Adani Group

- Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure that IT compliance procedures are followed

- Coordinate any required external IT audits

Key Accountabilities:

- Enforce financial (budgetary), process, technology and license compliance in Corporate and BU IT

- Ensure budgetary compliance of all IT projects

- Assess risks to Adani group’s compliance with IT related regulatory, organizational and commercial requirements and put in place plans to mitigate the same

- Review the management of IT projects, ensuring adherence to defined IT project management policies and best-in-class / industry standards (e.g. PMP, ISO, etc.)

- Coordinate with the Head, Information Security to ensure that the defined Information Security policies are in-line with best-in-class policies and industry standards

- Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect to ensure that the defined Enterprise Architecture policies are in-line with best-in-class policies and industry standards

- Coordinate with the Head, Information Security to ensure compliance to Info security policies across the Adani group

- Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect to ensure compliance to defined IT architecture policies across the Adani group

- Coordinate with the IT Licenses Manager & Enterprise Architect to ensure license compliance across the group

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that IT processes are in compliance with the relevant standards (e.g.: ITIL, CoBIT, etc.)

- Conduct periodic audits of IT processes, policies, projects and governance to measure degree of compliance against respective standards

- Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect to oversee the periodic group-wide architecture review

- Coordinate with the Head, Information Security to oversee the periodic group-wide Information Security audit

- Ensure group wide knowledge related to IT processes, policies, standards, etc. are well documented and maintained in a single, readily accessible repository for ready reference

- Identify group wide IT training needs to enhance compliance and ensure IT service partner develops suitable training material and conducts periodic trainings

- Coordinate with third parties to complete any required external IT audits (vendor performance audits, SLA audits, ISO/ITIL compliance audits, etc.)
