Associate Director/Vice President/ Associate Vice President – Credit Risk and Monitoring  Location: Mumbai  Qualification Required: CA / MBA  Experience: 10+ years  About the company: One of the leading Financial Services firm in Mumbai.   The Client plans to hire candidates at senior and middle management level of the organization as Associate Director/Vice President/ Associate Vice President / Sr. Manager – Credit Risk & Monitoring for our corporate lending business.   Roles & Responsibilities:  1. Development of Credit Risk Assessment process  - Need to develop an entire system of credit risk assessment for various projects under evaluation for credit. Must develop a risk assessment metrics which will evaluate risk for a project in a holistic manner with specific emphasis on promoters, project execution, financial viability, regulatory aspects etc.   2. Credit Risk Assessment   - Undertake credit risk assessment of various proposals put forward by the credit evaluating team based on the credit risk metrics and wherever possible offer risk mitigating solutions to the sanctioning authority  3. Transaction Ownership  - Post disbursement of loan; take complete responsibility for tracking the repayment of interest and installments and ensuring timely collections. Also ensuring monitoring of the project as per the timelines promised. Ensuring that all terms of sanction including post disbursement compliances, project progress, security creation, maintenance of security coverage etc are adhered to. Responsible for entire relationship management post disbursement.  Requirements and Qualifications  - Working with Banks or NBFC  - Good understanding of the financial markets, financial products   - Proven experience ranging 10 – 20 years of strong relevant work experience  - Exposure to real estate, hospitality and infrastructure sectors is must  - Ability to suggest alternative solutions for ring-fencing a given transaction and thereby act as enabler while safeguarding the interest of the Company.  - Ability to lead/work in a team environment  - Proven ability to work under stress   - Masters degree in finance (MBA) or a professional qualification (CA) is preferred  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Should be an expert in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint  If you are interested, please send across your CV to CV@hcapital.in
