AD - Valuation - Infra/Housing Finance - SME

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop business amongst banks/lenders who offer construction financing to developers and collateral funding to Small and Medium Enterprises and responsible for revenue generation

- Grow and manage a team of valuers who can carry out these valuations

- Establish work processes for deliverable preparations and quality reviews

- Lead client management and assignment management through the valuation team

Educational/Professional Qualifications :

- Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (necessary requirement)

- Post graduate degree, especially in finance or valuation studies, an added advantage but not a necessity

- Professional Membership of RICS, Indian Institute of Valuers etc would be a significant advantage

Experience (8-10 years of experience) :

- Technical departments of Housing Finance Companies or Banks

- Large sized Indian/Domestic valuation firms (Not IPCs)

- Since this position is in NCR, substantial experience of working in NCR, at a mid to senior level position
