A prestigious E commerce client in fashion space has a candidate requirement for the position of AVP- Traffic and Acquisition.

Role: AD- Traffic and Acquisition (Leadership)

Designation: AD

Department: Retail

Qualification: MBA (premier B-School only)

Experience Level: 9- 11 years (minimum)

Location: Bangalore Corporate

Job Overview:

- Responsible for Making strategy, Planning and Implementing Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Customer Life Cycle Management for Mobile and Web Application.

- User base Growth: Driving organic & paid marketing lead user growth via all digital mediums and programs on the app (referral, share etc.). Responsible for driving traffic from all the digital channels lead.

- Lead the user acquisitions target and manage teams /campaigns on the app, digital mediums and leveraging marketing/technology and product to drive this.

- Drive/guide cross- functional teams (engineering, design, product, marketing) towards timely and quality execution of digital marketing strategies. Provide user experience, communication and creative direction to product and design teams.

- Deeply understand customer behavior, develop new customer insights via consumer research to understand the acquisition and traffic landscape and drive growth for this.

- Manage distribution of our apps across multiple app stores. Drive and own App Store optimization to maximize organic app downloads from the App Store. Monitor user ratings and reviews on the app-- store.

- Continuously experiment with new technologies/offerings in the mobile & digital space to drive innovation to drive user growth for the platform Key.
