AD/SM - Website Operations - eCommerce (8-13 yrs)
Client: Leading eCommerce company
- Ability to identify the needs of the shopping users deeply and translate those needs to the right experience for the respective category
- Strategize, create and manage content on portal for each category
- Partner with Marketing and Business Development team to identify content and maintain smooth flow of information.
- Partner with Technology team for automation and execution on web site and mobile apps.
- Share and generate ideas on improvement of content and overall user experience.
- Should be able to work, manage and meet tight deadline; adhere to and exceed TAT and SLAs.
- Manage and overlook the team of Specialists for each category
- Ensure process compliance, create new process, identify gaps in current process and increase efficiency.
- Bachelors degree, 8+ years of total experience in website operations, content generation for website or mobile apps, project management, Catalogue
- Retail experience and Merchandising experience a plus
- Operationally strong person with an ability to understand users, eCommerce ecosystem
- Candidate should have good interpersonal skills.
- Should be an enthusiastic go-getter with the ability to partner with multiple teams.
