Role
Manage client teams on engagement and take point responsibility for delivering results to client. Manage the work schedules independently. Contribute to business development activities by participating in delegation meetings with client. Manage client expectations on a day to day basis. Lead the preparation of points of view / intellectual property for the Business Performance practice across the Financial Services Space domain
Responsibilities
The following technical skills / Exposure are required in the role of Business Performance Services
- Effectively deliver tasks on projects in an independent manner - in design, development, delivery and assistance with implementation of business advise / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives and which reflect best practice
- Should have functional understanding on at least one of the following sectors; Banking, NBFC, Asset Management or Insurance.
- Participate in review meetings with client and present the progress status against timelines
- Provide technical inputs, analysis and provide alternate solutions
- To provide advisory services to clients following the principles of client management and delivery standards
- To actively work as a member of a team synergizing with one another and optimizing time and resources
- To provide consistent world class deliverables in every engagement with a client
- Directly responsible for project revenues and effective financial management of the project (personal and team utilization, billing/collections, receivables management)
- Identify new opportunities with existing clients
- To actively engage in new IP creation, knowledge harvesting and knowledge sharing
- Lead thought leadership work towards creation of points of view, tools, techniques, methods and processes
- To ensure adherence to QPR processes of the firm
- To find avenues to learn and contribute to the firms standards of code of conduct, ethics and client satisfaction standards
