AD - Management Assurance - eCommerce (6-13 yrs)

Job Details:
- Will be responsible for driving the CEO-CFO certification efforts
- Will review and work with Management to strengthen design of "Entity level controls" and "Internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)"
- Will determine the ICFR testing and readiness approach strategy
- Will actively monitor ICFR testing programmes and their outcomes, remediation efforts and reporting to stakeholders
- Will classify and highlight internal control deficiencies over financial reporting that are material in nature, for timely remediation by relevant stakeholders
- Will develop dashboards and proactively engage with the Internal audit and IT audit teams to receive and provide updates on residual risks impacting Financial reporting
- Will actively drive and work with internal stakeholders and external auditors to strengthen processes impacting financial reporting into a state of readiness for CEO-CFO certification
Desirable Experience :
- Experience in planning, leading teams and monitoring the execution of SOX readiness engagements in US listed public entities
- Experience of managing SOX engagements of US clientele
Competency Listing :
- Possess working knowledge of application of Indian and US GAAP
- Provide thought leadership in managing the execution of SOX readiness engagements
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Subject matter expertise with respect to Internal control and Risk Management frameworks
- Deep understanding of process and technology controls, including knowledge of auditing principles, auditing standards, IIA standards, PCAOB, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
- Possess sound understanding of auditing in IT platforms, application control audits, and IT general controls
- Demonstrate business acumen and understanding of business drivers
- Selects and uses appropriate research, business intelligence and problem solving techniques to analyze and solve complex situations
