About our Client - Our client is a leading Investment Bank and one of the leading financial services group. As part of expansion of their India based captive centre, they are looking for an experienced finance professional to join their team as a AD/Director to drive change and continuous improvement culture at their finance shared services set-up based in Delhi NCR.

Job Description:

- You would be leading the change function for the finance shared service set-up of the bank supporting global geographies.

- You would liaise with the business heads for change and reengineering within finance functions like regulatory reporting, balance sheet reporting, financial control, product control, FP&A etc.

- You would need to act as internal consultant for the organization and drive business managers for process improvement, process excellence, product design etc. leading a team of professionals.

The Successful Candidate:

- CA/MBA from premier Business School with over 12 to 14 years of relevant experience.

- Certified trained in Six Sigma with strong experience in continuous improvement across finance functions in a bank like regulatory reporting, financial control, product control etc.

- Successful track record of managing senior stakeholders in an international environment.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

- Extensive project initiation and business analysis experience.

- Successful track record of leading and growing high performing teams.
