Position : AD\Director

Qualification : MBA /M.Tech / B.E / B.tech.

Job Role :

Renewable Energy projects (specifically in solar and wind) and coal/gas power projects for technical and financial appraisals with financial institutions, technical consultancy to Project Owners and Developer's which includes detailed design of the project, review engineering, tender document preparation, bid evaluation, hand holding of the client while negotiation with the contractor, Finalization of the Contracts, Site Services during construction, completion and commissioning phase, O&M review support for the advisory services for the performance enhancement and troubleshooting etc,

- Skill set include, due diligence report, detailed project report, feasibility reports, project management, performance tests etc

- Versatile professional career including renewable and conventional power consulting, energy efficiency consultancy

- Competitor Analysis and in-depth market research for evaluation of new opportunities.

- Developing Business models / plan for new areas of business and accordingly developing a team.

- Regularly analyzing the group services portfolio current strategies in terms of the market & operations and preparing long & short-term business plans.

- Environment scanning to identify new opportunities for the group's growth through organic or inorganic way

Responsibility :

- Designing P & L plan for the new line of business for the group

- Over all responsibility of project execution from LOI stage to project completion.

- Lead the product development Team till project completion stage

- Developing Long Term Business Planning process for the group in collaboration with different business units.

- Preparing profitable execution plan for new projects and getting a approval from management

- Leading team to successfully implement assigned projects under business unit fulfilling customer satisfaction and international quality requirements

- Getting new leads in upcoming Greenfield or Brownfield projects

- Cross-selling of services/products

- Maintaining a relation with existing customer and regularly taking a feedback of job performed for them.

- Quarterly compiling a report on customer satisfaction and identifying a weak areas to work upon

- Estimating the cost of Project /Tender

- Relationship building, establish Client management strategy based on service offering, Client's Business, Relationship Planning and Competitor Analysis; Risk Analysis, suggest Risk mitigation strategies, Guide and Review the formulation of Proposals / Tenders in coordination with the Engineering group;

- Established effective conversion strategies

- Develop responses to the Client - risk, planning and client relations and provide a high probability of achieving the desired outcome; attending Techno Commercial discussions; Negotiate Client and Alliance Agreements; Contract review, etc.
