Role – Associate Director/Director
Location – Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities
- In this role, the incumbent will be responsible to overall management and leadership of the Benefits team while ensuring optimal resource utilization and building new competencies across teams
- In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible to roll out the benefits policy based on the analysis and recommendations
- Ensure Statutory compliance with regards to benefits
- Participate and support business development activities
- Responsible for overall management of the Benefits team activities
- Regularly interact with the other teams like Finance, Shared Services, Compensation and Payroll teams for co-ordination of activities
- Regularly interact with the senior management to understand the business requirements and recommendations in relation to the benefit policies
- Manage escalations and other concerns from customers and ensure these don’t occur again
- Work with Risk & Compliance team in ensuring policies are review and updated regularly.
- Review all the work done by the Benefits Analysts based on market data and present them to senior management
- Provide directions to Benefits Analyst on policies and compliance aspects
- Ensure benefits policies are rolled out on time and are of high quality
- Coordinating with the Shared Services team for periodic audits
- Work with other HR sub-functions, understand the requirements and coordinate inter-team processes
