Job Description

As the Associate Director for the Digital & Process Consulting practice, you will report to the partner running the advisory business. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

- Business Development: Developing new clients, relationship building, cross selling & managing large scale projects

- Delivery: Revenue generation, delivering the offerings, participating & leading committees, liaise with internal teams

- Knowledge & Information: Developing new offerings, coaching & training & improving current offerings

The Successful Applicant

- You will have at least 12 years of experience in management consulting covering operations & strategy projects across TMT & digital media sectors. You will have a tier 1 MBA (IIM/ISB/XLRI or equivalent). Your past experience shall demonstrate an expertise & exposure across:

- Process design/re-engineering across TMT sector

- Expertise across target operating model design, customer life-cycle management projects & marketing/data analytics

- Social media analytics

- Digital marketing across platforms

- Strong understanding & exposure to the digital marketing & e-commerce industry
