Assitant Director-Business Modelling  TAS Business Modeling   Reports to ED  MNC Shared Services   Location-NCR,India  Business Modelling (BM) under the TAS umbrella works with global BM teams, by providing assistance on reviews formodels on various industries and transaction types.   Job description:  - The main objective is to achieve business growth by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, informing them of our scope of services and communicating how these services benefit their organizations.  Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  - Manage a team of 30-40 people  - Master and use effectively the advanced functions of the key technology tools used in the BM projects  - Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery  - Focus teams on the key priorities while managing several medium-size projects  - Ensure that team members deliver quality service as per client’s needs and priorities  - Ensure smooth service delivery within the defined geographical area  - Partner with internal and external clients to improve processes  - Work with project leaders to analyze resource needs and gaps across locations, and devise alternative ways forward.  - Assign people to projects based on their skills, career goals and client’s expectations  - Produce assignment budgets and timetables, and manage delivery against them  - Provide team members with accurate and useful guidance in technical areas of high risk and complexity  - Act as a counselorfor team members  - Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees  - Identify L&D requirements of counselees  Competencies / skills:  - Excellent understanding of Valuation principles   - Expert level knowledge of basic corporate finance principles  - Good understanding of corporate transactions and funding mechanisms  - Expert level knowledge and hands on experience with MS Excel  - Assessing findings and communicating insights  - Managing risk and practice management  - Scoping and engagement  - Articulating TAS value propositions and developing the business  - High energy with good people management and project management skills  - Proven experience in interacting with senior management of clients  - Leadership skills  - Relationship management skills  - Coaching and developing   - Teamwork  - Quality service delivery  - Communication and influence  Job Specification:  Education& Experience:   Qualified CA/MBA with 10+ years post qualification experience in:   - Management Consultancy firms.  - MNC or large Indian companies, preferably within a shared service environment. .KPO’s   Please mark subject line as 'Assistant Director-Business Modelling' and mail to arvind@leadsearch.biz
