XYZ is India's biggest ethnic market place and has an assortment which runs into millions of products sold by 50K + Sellers. We at XYZ are expanding our product team and currently we are looking out for Senior Product Manager with 4+ years of product specific work experience.

Product owners at XYZ manage entire product lifecycle from planning to implementation to evangelization.

Responsibilities

- Product owner for Android, iOS & Web site roadmap planning.

- Feature prioritization overall product conversion ownership.

- Consumer Feedback collection and incorporation of feedback in product.

- Analyze data and create root cause hypothesis.

- Research and identify key business solutions to the problems, in collaboration with field leaders and senior management

- Develop new methods of obtaining and measuring the performance of business strategies and related testing.

- Act as a point of contact for various business strategies and related efforts across the company.

- Research and analyze data to validate and evaluate ideas.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of front end (App + Web) product management experience is mandatory. Must have worked on platform which has at least more than 1 Million monthly active users.

- Good aesthetic sense of product, power user of mobile application. Candidate should be a very keen observer of how user interacts with the mobile/ web platforms.

- Pro-active problem solver with a strong inclination to execute

- Analytical thinker, who is comfortable with metrics and KPIs

- Great communication skills with the ability to communicate details across multiple teams as well as strategy with senior management

- Self-starter who takes ownership and has the ability to think and react quickly in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- Educational background - top tier engineering or Management institutes IITs/IIM/NITs/BITs
