Activitas Management Advisors - Associate - Investment Banking (0-4 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Support deal sourcing efforts through research, network companies, cold calling & opportunity identification through personal contacts
- Prepare point of views on specific industry topics, as well as shortlist targets & analyze their respective businesses.
- Create pitch books, information memorandums, teasers and financial models.
- Drafting and reviewing components of term sheets / sale purchase agreements and other documents based on client's transaction goals.
- Take ownership of assigned projects as well as manage end to end transaction delivery.
- Identify risks and escalate appropriately.
Skills we seek :
- Excellent Oratory & Presentation skills to interact with both clients & high level management.
- Ability to perform comprehensive industry wide research and analysis that will lead to opportunity identification.
- Able to work under pressure & maintain relationships with requisite parties.
- Clear thought process & excellent analytical sense.
Knowledge you must posses :
- Across industries trends, market condition & developments.
- Proficient with MS Excel & MS PPT.
