Finance Manager Role & Responsibilities:-   We are looking for a Finance Manager to plan, supervise and track company cash-flow, project expenses, and payrolls for the employees. Your responsibilities will include:  - Coordinate with project managers and keep a check on project expenses  - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and year end process, accounts payable/receivable  - Cash receipts, general ledger, payroll process  - Cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure analysis, capital assets reconciliations.  - Establish proper accounting methods, policies, and principles  - Coordinate and complete annual audits  - Ensure proper compliance and accuracy Maintain files and document records  - In terms of educational background, skills, and experience, we expect that: You are an undergraduate/postgraduate with CA certification. You have 2-4 years of experience in the field of finance management, account maintenance, payroll processing and ensuring company compliance.You are comfortable working with Microsoft office tools like MS-Excel, MS-Word, Power-point.
