Acme Housing is a real estate conglomerate with interests in healthcare and education. As a part of the management team in Acme Housing, we are looking to hire post-graduates from leading business and technical schools to lead the company in the growth stage.

Position Offered: Manager/Sr. Manager-Strategy

Job Description:

- Work across cross functional teams in marketing, finance and HR for a period of 1 year, there will be projects assigned with specific objectives.

- The role and projects will be driven towards process improvement and streamlining of projects.

- The role would involve working with multiple departments and working on big ticket projects.

- In a span of 3 years the role would involve working in a department at a senior position with a team working under the candidate.

- The role can be best described as an entrepreneur within the organization.

Reporting: The concerned person will be reporting to the Manager.

Desired Candidate:

- Ability to take initiative and work beyond the specified roles

- Able to adapt with and communicate with multiple teams

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Can work in unstructured situations

- Entrepreneurial in nature
