Job Description For Finance Manager :
- We are a trading organization representing international brands in India and are part of an international holding company.
- We are looking for passionate Finance Manager who can oversee all our accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Description :
- To manage accounts function for assigned entities including GL management, Payables, Statutory audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, MIS, Cash flow preparation
- Experience in handling with different Govt. authorities namely Income Tax, Sales Tax & Central Excise pertaining to Taxation and other related issues.
- Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures.
- Financial planning and Tax planning and handling direct and indirect tax related issues.
- Statutory compliance's and payments monitoring of TDS, VAT, PF and ESI.
- Preparation of financial statements and other reports in compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
- Monthly Close of accounts, preparation of monthly MIS, monthly review of balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow preparation and review timely compliance of statutory obligations like - various Income Tax an Service Tax returns.

Qualification : Post-Graduation / CA
- MS-Excel Skills and accounting software
Experience : 7 - 10 years. With minimum three years dealing with the taxation and related accounting activities, and controlling all financial activities.
