Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Provides insights to management about financial trends, forecasts and Budgets. Highlights variances and provides explanations to operations teams.

- Assists in developing and maintaining summary reports for key indicators of financial performance for leadership team.

- Coordinates month-end close for regional site finance team and approves accrual entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Develops and regularly updates Base Fee calculations.

- Reviews client Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) contracts and ensures the company is properly executing financial terms by monitoring invoicing and supporting documentation for costs and revenue

- Manages client cost baseline process and obtains supporting details for client labor and non-labor costs managed by Accretive over the life cycle of the RCM contract.

- Works with other departments and business units to develop ways to standardize, automate, and create efficiencies for processes within the site finance role.

- Assists and provides guidance to site finance team (direct reports) in resolving conflicts that arise with client or operations team.

- Other (assets under management, size of contracts, 'spend' controlled etc.)

Education and Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience (experience in US Health care preferred)

- CA Inter\ICWA\Bachelor"s degree in Commerce\ Finance\MBA Finance.

- Highly proficient in MS Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Team management skills (Minimum 2-3 FTEs)

- Should be willing to work in US shifts (6pm - 3am).
