Job Description :
- Lead 200+ member teams in achieving process KPIs and productivity targets
- Take accountability of business outcomes associated with the process
- Manage transitioning in of new processes from other locations
- Manage operational risk and maintain business continuity plans for the process
- Take responsibility for recruiting talented members in the team
- Foster high levels of employee engagement and retention, develop future managers
- Lead creation of an engaging and productive work culture
Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelor's / Masters Degree
- Operations management, Lean / Six Sigma
- 10+ years with 5+ years in operations management / leading multiple teams
- Influencing, coaching, structured thinking, problem solving, handling ambiguity, personal discipline, high result orientation
- Exposure to US healthcare preferred but not mandatory
Important Note: Applicant must be comfortable to work in 6pm-3am shift.
