Website:- Blouinartinfo.com  Job Description:   Job Title: AR Accountant  Reporting to: AR Manager  Location: Delhi  Job Responsibilities:  - Generating the invoices as per the Insertion Orders (IOs) received from the Sales Representatives and sending the invoices to the Customers  - Processing the credit cards online and posting collection entries  - Co-ordinating with Sales Reps for procuring any pending details on the IOs  - Customer reconciliations and processing credit memos  - Assisting in monthly revenue reconciliations for different products  - Providing assistance on preparing receivables related weekly MIS reports  - Performing other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department  - Meeting defined department goals and activity metrics  Qualifications/Experience:   - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field  - Basic knowledge of book-keeping and accounts management  - Knowledge of Invoicing and Collections procedures  - 3-4 years of accounting/book-keeping experience   - Strong attention to detail, goal oriented  - Experience with QuickBooks software is a plus  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
