Account Manager - Solution Sales (2-5 yrs)
Job brief:
We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will collaborate with and ensure the long-term success of our Clients / Customers.
- You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned Clients / Customers, connecting with key business executives.
- You will liaise between Clients / Customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to their needs.
Job Description:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the Clients
- Maintaining ongoing client relationship, up selling and cross selling, lies with different department of client and generates opportunity for additional business.
- Will be responsible of respective region.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of solution to the client. Manage team of people.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the management
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- The person should know the practical details of this industry and should be resourceful to manage suppliers for a particular requirement of the client.
Position requirements:
- MBA, Graduate (from an Engineering or Tech background).
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
