Looking for a Account and Senior Account Manager - Residential Services based with one of the best Inernational Property Consultant based out of Delhi.

- Self driven business development role to create strong business equation with corporate, local industrial houses and the investors /HNIs.

- Maintaining strong relationship with HNIs, investors and landlords for repeat and referral business through leasing out, disposal and purchase of residential properties

- Working for the corporate and the local industrial houses for asset disposition

- Representing various corporate houses for assisting their expatriate and senior executives with their housing and relocation requirements

- Maintaining a key relationship with the Developer houses for long term business

- Taking care of the supply side for secondary sale as well as leasing requirements

- Responsible for documentation of sale/lease transactions

- Closely working with the research team for various market reports

- Maintaining a close relationship with the agent network for maximizing business
