KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Business Development of the defined markets.
2.Walk the Market in the Northern India with equal focus on the potential prospects as well as achieving the Targets.
3.Meeting the Sales Targets as well as Collection Targets on a monthly basis.
4.Promote the Frontlist as well as Backlist titles.
5.Responsible for visiting all the High Courts & potential Courts to build relations in context to the promotion, & branding of the Company and with the objective to take the maximum share of the market in terms of revenue.
6.To visit Law Colleges & equivalent to promote Titles & prescribe books in the Adoption Market. Also to look out for good authors if any. Gather relevant feedback on and Equivalent feedback on competitor titles must to gather & passed on to the Reporting Manager to strategize & counter our product movement.
7.Responsible for building relations with the top lawyers of North India.
8.To generate MIS for the Company in context to competition in the market, their product, their activities, their policies & their strengths.
9.Responsible for Distributor Management of the region, to enhance & strengthen relations with them. Also to solve their disputes / problems on a regular basis, if any.
10.To look out for new markets & dealers to fill in the gap.
11.Responsible for supporting all the promotional activities in your region in terms of Book Fairs, Exhibitions etc.
12.Travel to the entire defined market as per need & requirement.
13.Responsible for reporting to the Manager on a regular & daily basis.
14.Conceptualize, Develop and Deliver - a Growth Strategy for the entire North India. Initiate new ideas as well as prepare a proper plan for the area.
