Position : Account Manager
Role Description: Enterprise Distribution
Qualification: BE/ B. Tech/Any graduate + MBA
Experience: 4- 7 Years
Reporting Manager: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Chennai & Hyderabad
Account mining & management:
- Individual contributor responsible for creation and management of business from assigned set of named accounts so as to achieve business results while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sell product offerings and achieve targets of booking, revenue, collection while ensuring profitability.
- Develop aligned strategy for each key customer and defining and achieving value-add for customer and supplier
- Giving market insight and reflecting market changes through leading customers
- Developing relationship-led business rather than product selling
- Work closely with the SI\ VAR team to create channel eco system & that will help to get vendor access
- Increase wallet share within the existing accounts by increased account penetration.
- Maintaining and developing existing accounts, new customer acquisition and right product-mix.
- Providing suppliers credibility with all customers and leveraging the supplier's range of product capabilities into the customers.
- Creating more opportunities through developing a wider interface with the customer
- Relate benefits of customer to whole business and develop cost/benefit analysis to negotiate resources.
- Enabling interdependence and joint development
- Monitoring competition
- Offering single point of contact, internally and externally
- Responsible for tracking and collection of BR and maintain the profit margins.
- Consider and consult other departments capability and commitments before committing to customer
