Account Manager-Insurance  Experience : 8 - 12 years  Location : Gurgaon  - Manage multiple accounts  - Ability to work and build strong relationship with few marquee Insurance  - Develop account penetration strategies, develop client relationship, understand their pain points, challenges, and goals  - Manage client expectations, provide updates to the senior management, participate in steering review meetings  - Identifying strategic initiatives that help Client's business achieve their goals and drive transformational programs  - Ability to position the value proposition and drive delivery excellence initiatives to deliver highest value to the customer  - Building relationships across various levels in the Client organization and should be able to develop exec level relationships in particular.  - Managing relationships, new business and delivery aspects of the engagement  - Overall customer satisfaction within Client organization.  - Ensuring Project delivery oversight; Carry out review of project plans, schedules and deliverables with offshore Delivery manager/Project Leader through teleconferences.  - Ensuring clear and timely communication and reporting of status of various projects to internal and external stakeholders.
