Account Manager - Enterprise Sales
- 3+ Year of Experience in Handling Large key account / Enterprise sales with Telecom Industry.
- Products Handled: Fixed Line, Leased Line, ILL, PRI, IDC, Video Connectivity, ILD, MPLS, VOIP, Managed Services, Data Centre, Centrex, Router, VPN, Shared Bandwidth, IPLC.
- Controlling Channel & Channel Partner Manpower.
- Ensuring completion of Business Planning with all active channel partners.
- Driving the capability building plan with partners by ensuring timely training for various parameters.
- Assisting the Partners in Large deal Closures by accompanying them for Customer calls
- Facilitating the issue resolutions at customer end through partners and support teams, if any.
- Sales & Collection through the Channel Partners
- Mapping of Top Management and key decision makers in account.
